18 months

It is so hard to believe this little girl is 18 months old already! In some ways it seems just like yesterday that we welcomed Emerson into our lives. Eric and I have learned more in the last year and a half than I ever thought possible. What an amazing adventure and what an amazing little girl! We are so blessed!

Emerson had her 18 month well-baby checkup today. She weighed in at 27 lbs 3 oz and measured 35 inches tall. She passed the autism screening with flying colors and received her annual flu shot. I joked with Dr. Henrikson that we would probably be seeing him more often now that Emerson is in daycare. Sure enough, 10 days later there we were with a nasty sinus and ear infection. Let the fun begin!
