Emerson's vocabulary has really taken off in the past few weeks. I love her sweet little voice! She has mastered "uh-oh", "hi", "mommy", "daddy", and "ball". Eric and I hadn't perfected our baby talk ear until yesterday when we realized that Emerson was calling Norman "Bobby". We couldn't figure out who or what she was referring to until she said "Bobby" then tackled Normie with a giant Emerson hug. So cute!
The little girl is also getting very good at pointing to her head, nose, and tummy when asked and loves to give high-fives to anyone who is interested. We have a farm animal puzzle that she accurately put the animals in their correct places this morning. I am amazed at how fast she learns new things and am enjoying every minute of her discovery and exploration of this world.
