Last night we ran the Lifetime Fitness Torchlight 5K through downtown Minneapolis. It was a beautiful evening to run through downtown, across the Stone Arch Bridge, and end at Saint Anthony Main, near the Nicollet Island Pavilion. It was fun to do as a family and be surrounded by so many happy, healthy people celebrating the city that we love!
I have ran many road races over the years but I must admit that pushing a stroller through thousands of runners was an entirely new experience. I was lucky to have the cutest passenger and best wing man in town to help navigate through the crowd. I think Eric will be in charge of the stroller in 2011.
