Emerson had her 1 year well baby check up today. She continues to rock the growth charts in height and weight. She weighs 23 lbs 12 oz (85th percentile) and is 32 inches long (100th + percentile)! She received 3 shots which she was again, less than thrilled about. She also had a finger-poke blood draw to check her hemoglobin and lead level. All her numbers checked out and Dr. Henrickson gave her another clean bill of health.
It is still so hard for me to believe how fast the past year has gone. Eric and I have grown and learned so much as a couple but more specifically as parents to this amazing little girl. My love for both of them grows stronger and stronger every day. Life is so good. I am so blessed!
